she can speak in many different volumes, as if she had a megaphone or a giant speaker in front of her. she can also communicate in sound waves that are not normally captured by common ears.
she has two tails with different abilities. the left tail allows her to transmit her messages via waves through nearby devices, causing interference in the speakers and forcing them to communicate the message, while her right tail can wrap around metal rods or antennae to further enhance the power of the left tail. finally, she's inmune to electricity!

she works as a news reporter! usually transmitting weather forecasts and emergencies.
