Here's a new image I've been working on for quite a while now. I really wanted to get a mermaid drawing out for Mermay this year, since I just forget about it every year, but this year I got one done. While working on this idea I added some backstory in the drawing and I decided to try some new things with the lighting. I'm not totally sure if it worked out the way I planned, but all in all I'm not disappointed with how the image turned out. The Shantae characters are all a lot of fun to work with (although Risky isn't my favorite one). Of course Risky would fit the best for a mermaid TF with her pirate lifestyle and she probably would grab a cursed idol like this one without a second thought (until her legs would start to disappear). I hope you all enjoy this image!
