This guy was supposed to be a revamp of one of my older characters but the design turned out like this so I'm keeping him as a new character. Its about time I made another male character x3. I might change his design a bit more to make him look more like a dragon though.

Oh and I got a name for him thanx to  latifox C: She said Byokii which made me think of Byoku. >w<

Hopefully I'll do some anthro versions of him in future. I draw Parupi WAY too much. xDD
