It's been a looong time since I have made a thylacine, and boy have things changed since then! To say the least, I've improved a bit LOL (Ok I'm nto even going to really even look at the monstrosity I made years ago)

This guy was a huge challenge. I went through 5 different pattern revisions and changes to get it. His paw pads and eyes are embroidered to fit his reference, client wanted his pads to be as accurate to his species as fabric would allow. He's got lower hocks for his back legs, a long lean body and that strong neck thylas have. Lets not forget those trademark stripes and that thick based tail!

This boy is an impressive almost 3 feet in length from nose to tail-tip and roughly 15" in height (Once again my munchkin has apprehended my measuring tape, can't get an official measurement right at this moment)
