Meet the Loligos. They are my lastest creation.
I feel like dr. Moreau.
Some days ago, I had this weird idea: what about an anthro cephalopod? As you might have understood, I've got a thing for them. So, this afternoon I tried to give them flesh.
They are short, compared to a human being, but have a cartilagineous and very simple skeleton, composed of a series of vertebrae-like structures all along their torsos and within their limbs, which let them move and bend almost like true octopi, though to a lesser extent. This skeletal structure, though simple, helps them sustain their weight while underwater.
Their brain is encased in a cartilagineous skull, like octopi; though they have beaks, like other true cephalopods, theirs are very short, almost flat, and covered by two thin lips.
This is what I've developed for them.
