Ivory is delusional. She literally sees things distorted, like she's permanently tripping out, but is still mostly functional; her judgment is a bit lacking as she tends to be rather oblivious to danger and consequences, but overall she isn't too debilitated by her mental state. She is aware that she isn't normal but doesn't quite understand that it's all part of a mental defense mechanism and can't be convinced there's any reason why she should "come back" to reality.

I was trying to go for drawing this the way she sees things, the colors and swirly-ness and such are exaggerated from what they would be normally.
