As I've said...I've never drawn before. This is the finished version of what I submitted earlier. If you can't tell, it is suppose to be a sorce of light (moon or sun) and a dragon in front of it.

I think you did a good job with it, being the first drawing since Idk how long. It reminds me of Luigia from Poke'mon.
