Here's chimchi. he's a Shy-looking penguin who spies on corrupted people in order to obtain information to blackmail and manipulate them. he does this by using his power which he simply calls "The Eye" in which he summons an aura eye to spy on people and obtain information. he can only spy on members of high society and only them! the drawback is that he's completely blind while using The Eye. additionally, he must be in complete peace when using this power.
he hired a Gemmed Fungiderm called Telsa to be his bodyguard, but over time they grew a relationship and now are mates. without her, he has no means of defense.

overall he's really shy when acting with people he does not know, but he's got some serious leadership skills. he is the leader of a net of information he calls "The Bleeding Heart". to keep a low profile, he disguises as a farmer.
