What are you talking about, Sally? You're in great shape! There's no way someone is gonna call you skinny now. I mean, who in their right mind would ever want you to be all skin and bones with a wasp figure (seriously, nobody likes wasps) when all this blubber can pretty much turn you into the next plus size model goddess? You can still work out, if you like, as long as it keeps making you gain so much weight. The fatter, the merrier, as they say and we definitely want to have more of you to love.

Y'know, going back to this after a while, I realized that what Sally's saying here could be interpreted as her actually somewhat enjoying her bulk. I like to imagine there's a pause before she says "Maybe I should work out more often" where she grabs a handful of her giant gut and starts massaging it, shaking it, playing around with it and generally makes it bounce and jiggle, giving her all sorts of pleasure until she decides she wants to gain more fat, which is why she can't wait for the next fitness class.
