uhm... actually my fat is spread equally throu my body. but i guess the only parts you would see that i have at least a little would be my butt. and a littly on my tummy but i guess thats more skin than fat XD
Its not allways a good thing to be that skinny, if i wouldnt train that much i'd wouldn't be that healthy. But since i dont get more weight from food i just figured its a good thing to train at least more and more muscles.
Anyway, atm im trying to get my optimum of mass and then i will remain on training, speed and strenght. Allthough im quite strong im just build "fast strenght" and not "stamina". Allthough i regenerate my self very fast.

As far as i can tell the most build musclepart is the one protecting my spine and my legs. I guess that comes from 13 years of trampolin jumping. My upper arm muscles are my worst but that gives me speed because of the minimum weight i have.
Before i ruined my knee i wanted to start as martial art trainer. However i never got that far. My will to fight never perished though and now im on a point where i can start training again.

Huh. I just started working out myself. I bought some 15lb dumbells from Wal Mart and have been doing curls while I drive(I'm a truck driver, I spent 10~15 hours a day behind the wheel), and even after only a week, I have to say I have noticed a slight bulking in my arms and pecs.
I also stopped drinking any kind of soda(Very hard to do, I am rather addicted to it) and now drink only ice water.
If only I could do the same for my belly.

Well... as a trucker i guess its not that easy. The only thing i can tell you is to change the way you eat completly.
Stop drinking soda is a good start. it causes your stomach to digest more slowly so you gather more fat from it. Also the FIRST few bites are the most important. if you eat something GOOD BEFORE you eat something like... fastfood your body will automaticly start to sort out the bad parts of what you eat.
its just a little tip from my side. I grew up with that knowledge and i have to admit it made my life extremely easy when it comes to illnesses.

It's incredibly hard for a truck driver to "eat healthy". About the closest we can really get is Subway.
For the past month, I have been getting a footlong italian BMT a day, and eat half one day, half the next, and nothing else. Save water, of course. My biggest problem was in 2007 when I almost died of appendicitis. The couple months after that I put on a lot of weight by virtue of being literally too fucked up to do more than go to the bathroom and try to hold my guts in because it felt like they were about to spill out of the holes in my abdomen. And for the record, Vicoden doesn't stop the pain, you are just too high to give a shit anymore.
My metabolism is excellent, but even a high metabolism falls victim to a sedentary lifestyle. That's why I bought weights, to start doing soemthing more constructive with my endless hours behind the wheel, as well as finally make these chicken legs I have for arms actually look masculine for a change.
I bought the Hugh Jackman issue of Muscle & Fitness and it scares the shit out of me.
Apparently bodybuilding and aerobic excersize causes all your body hair to fall out.

If you are 1,93mts tall shouldn't you weight more than 66kg? I used to have your same weight but the difference is that I'm 1,65mts tall XD

Sorry but i don't think our genetic is similar because I was always thin and I am able to eat what I want. I don't gain weight because of my insane metabolism.
As well I did not gain my original muscle strength from weightlifting but from practising Martial arts 2 - 4 hours a day.
I might be very light for my size but because all the weight comes from bone and muscles I am strong despite my weight. Strenght relies on more than just muscle mass.
