The bottom has been connected! The birds on the left there are all done including their back stitching and eyes. All that remains is the rest of the water. I imagine that I'll be done before a week has passed. If my friend wants it framed I'll be sure to take a picture of it in its frame before I give it to him, so that I can post it here.
As always, if you would like to commission something cross stitched, I'd be happy to complete it. Small or large, but the larger it is, the longer it will take.
