I gotta post this or else my brain won't acknowledge the time I spent on this and I'll feel like I've done nothing for the past however-long-this-took.

It's not 100% finished, there are still untextured surfaces, undetailed stand-in objects, and no curtains or 'lived-in' details, but I was never my intention to polish it off completely so I don't feel too bad stopping here. The goal was always just to get a sense of the layout and basic style and color so that I can have actual consistent backgrounds instead of ambiguous color washes.

So yeah, that's the chair in Soft Obsession , the sofa and shelf from Don We Now Our Gay Apparel , and the bedroom closet from Out Of One Closet And Into Another , and I gotta say I really love having these scenes finally grounded in a location.
