And so, after an extended art block, I was finally able to crank something out. Not only is this a drawing, but its also an answer to a tag by SaynasLuke on DA, who wanted to know 8 facts about my OC, Robert DeRatry.

Fun facts about this pic: Robert's pose is based off a photo I saw of
ludwig.goff. I was struggling to find a suitable pose for Robert, but thanks to Ludwig, that problem was over. Although I did base Rob's clothes off an outfit I found in google images. I was going to have Robert be seated in the library at Villa DeRatry, but I was too lazy to try and draw all the books, so he's just sitting against some paneling... maybe it *is* the library, just the one section that doesn't have any books on the walls? Maybe? XD

Haha, I'm glad that pose helped you out here. I can certainly understand the struggles when it comes to the right look. Btw, my main account is with the dot between ludwig and goff. Just so you know for future reference. :)

Awww, thank you! That's so nice (and encouraging). X) And heh, glad you think they're handsome. I was rather pleased with how Robert came out in this one; he's starting to look more like how I picture him. Plus, I think the thicker eyebrows help make him look better. What do you think?
Yes, it did. Very much so. And its actually a good thing you were wearing brownish clothing in that photo, otherwise I might not have made the connection (I plan on each of my characters having a 'main color', and Robert's is brown, signifying that he's supposed to be more 'down-to-earth').
And thanks for letting me know the difference between your accounts, I went and changed that. :)
