Behold: a horrifying amalgam of several vore tropes that I like.
1: Sleeping preds. The pred isn't even bothered enough to stay awake and enjoy the sensations while their meal struggles.
2: Size difference. The pred is juuuuuuuust big enough for the prey to not make a significant bulge. Someone casually walking (or in this case swimming) by probably wouldn't even notice!
3: Aquatic preds eating non-aquatic prey. There is literally no hope for escape. Where would they escape to? You can get a similar effect with preds that burrow underground.
