Hmm, could check if 3dstudiomax has walk cycles for the standard skeletons in there, but I've never really used that before for animation.
I suppose a woman in heels is similar, at least you sway your back and flex your knees more in heels - that's why I instinctly feel it's a good idea for it here.

They wanted five toes, and drawing them off at the point where the toe meets the foot made it seem too clunky. But making it a first-joint only made them impossibly small. They didn't want toe-nail hooves the way some folks would do toe-claws for predator types.
She wanted specifically for the character to be a true bi-ped, flat-footed, with toe-hooves. My brain tweaked. I couldn't get my head wrapped around it.
