The sound of a quad-rotor drone was audible among the field, lights on the underside to show where it was as it zipped through the night sky due to its high-performance overclocking, the whir of its blade being the source of the noise. The one controlling the RC drone stood out in the middle of the open area, their thumbs on the controller of the device, flicking every so often to make the drone perform tricks in the air before correcting its flight. Several others were either watching with impressed looks on their faces or recording the stunts being made with the cameras of their phones.
The eyes of those present would soon lock onto something else that got their attention, though it wasn't another drone, nor any other RC toy since the drone was the only one, rather something off in the distance. Those with the more suitable cameras were zooming in on the unknown object, seeing it to be some kind of orange-colored creature, having two arms and two legs, each stepping over the landscape with ease. It was easily found to be feminine, given the rather heavy hourglass shape that she had, a form of belt being wrapped around the upper torso and around the front of the chest area.
Anything that was caught beneath the large, four-toed canine paws was rather quickly flattened, folks being lucky enough to get out of the way in time. Thick clumps of fur around said paws easily carried some of the lighter objects with them, some dislodging after a step or two while others became tangled up among the mass of it. There was the occasional bird that nearly crashed into the fur around the top of the giantess' head but otherwise gave the roaming giant a wide birth, some being sent spiraling when they had a close call but couldn't avoid the gusts that came from the larger beings movements.
The giant figure, identified as a form of canine by those who were now tailing it after hastily hopping into their vehicles, continued to walk among the countryside, her general direction taking her towards the nearby town, attracted by the lights that lit up the night. Commuters that were on the roads either slammed on their brakes, swerved, or stomped on the accelerator to get out of the way for any incoming steps from the giant, the larger being soon walking through a more suburban area. Aside from the roads and any unfortunate vehicles that were in the way, the large canine didn't seem to have any malicious intent for destruction, going around or even stepping over some houses that were in the way to the main portion of the town.
Everyone that saw the giant were trying to bring out some form of recording device, be it their phones or actual cameras to record the giantess passing through the area, some yelling out when their personal cars or other pieces of property were flattened beneath the large paws. It wouldn't be long until the canine giantess was in the town proper, her head looking at the various lights and signs that caught her attention, able to see through the fur that obscured most of her face. Some of the buildings would be taller than the ninety-foot giantess, some among the seventh floor of the buildings getting an interesting view as she walked past.
Parts of the towns streets were rather restrictive for the giantess, sometimes having to turn to her side to squeeze through a couple of buildings without damaging them too much, soon opening up to a far less crowded area, the town's park in view to her. The giantess smiled, though ears flicked when she heard a high-pitched buzzing sound, barely able to see some kind of object with a bright underside zip into view. The buzzing of the object was quickly starting to become annoying, reaching a hand up to try and swat the thing away, seeing it quickly zip away before it could be hit. Frowning at the insistence of the annoying bug, the canine would try to swat again and again, each time failing to hit the bug buzzing around her, soon seeing it dart off towards the park.
Much as she didn't want to hear its buzzing, the giantess would follow after it, if only to make the sound of it stop. Each swipe would fail as the buzzing bug darted out of the way each time, the quick movement briefly making the noises louder before going back to its previous amount. Each step of the giantess would press down into the ground and rip up small chunks of dirt and grass, easily flattening benches and ruining pathways when the paws slammed down onto them, wanderers of the park fleeing from the running giant.
The canine's frustration would get to a high enough point, jumping after the object that was annoying her so, arms scything to try and nail it, only to let out a growl when she saw the tiny blip of light zip out of the way yet again. Her anger quickly turned to surprise when she found herself landing in water, the pond of the park easily catching her fall but resulted in a massive splash from her landing. Short-lived waves would wash over a good portion of the park, places further out being treated to a sudden period of rain, going away almost as quickly as it came.
Back to the giantess, she would simply be floating in the pond, the water level of it much lower than what it used to be but still allowed her to float among it, fur matted down due to the water but didn't mind it much. Since it seemed that the annoying bug was gone for the moment, she would flip herself to floating on her back, brushing the wet fur off of her face to simply enjoy the moment of peace, eyes closed as well.
Once the chaos from the whole chase and waves subsided, residents of the town who were brave enough started to approach the pond, one vehicle pulling up close by, the occupants piling out as the drone from earlier landed on the roof of the car. The ground was soaked from the huge splash, the prints that were swamped muddy by now, the people looking at the giant canine that floated in the pond of their town's park, clicks of cameras or camera apps being audible every few seconds. It would be a bit before a couple of individuals would be brave enough to approach, going to the bridge that spanned across the center of the pond, where the giantess was currently floating under.
One of the two would soon call out to the canine, the partially-submerged ears of hers flick slightly before the head would look to the bridge. A short pause would follow, one of her hands soon reaching up to part the soaked fur around her face, allowing her to clearly see the two on the bridge. Curiosity would come to the giantess, her unoccupied hand lightly waving through the water to move her closer to the bridge, starting to lift herself up into a more upright position, still having some depth in the water to float in as her head was roughly level with the bridge the two were on.
The less brave of the two would back away from the giantess' head once the nose of it was almost up against the railing of the bridge, feeling the air coming and going from the canine sniffing the two, the eyes of her gazing down at them both. After a few repetitions, a smile would show on the canine's face, even giving the closer of the two humans a friendly lick, giggling after hearing the yelp of surprise from them. The actions were enough to prove that she was friendly despite the initial impressions, the giantess going back to floating among on her back in the pond.
Aside from the initial damages done from her approach and unintended ones from the splashdown in the pond, the giantess would be minding her own business, occasionally letting those who wanted rest on her belly as she floated among the pond. She did ask for something to eat from time to time, which the town was able to try and provide in the form of some delivery trucks filled with whatever food was needed at the time, but otherwise didn't ask for too much, not even minding some folks coming over to rest on her floating form. After a while and making sure that no one was currently on her belly, the giantess would climb up and out of the pond once it was starting to get quite late in the night, water cascading off of her form as she stepped up and onto solid ground again.
Once she was sufficiently dried off after a light shake, the canine giantess would look to those who were still awake and had interacted with her earlier, smiling and lifted a hand up up to wave at them, starting to walk out of the city. Thankfully for the city, she was going the same direction she came in, not wanting to damage any other roads and cause more problems for the town. It would be a few minutes of walking for her until she was free of the confines of the taller buildings, heading out to the suburban then finally walking out onto the outskirts of the city, having enjoyed the quiet time she spent there and hoping she would return someday.

My half of a trade with Heartman98 or rather Pencilman98, of his character Dolly visiting a town. Past the upload that I'll do, folks can view his half here: http://www.furaffinity.net/view/23561884/
If I can be honest, I feel that I utterly flopped in this, having been in a motivation and inspiration pit for the past two weeks trying to write this out and make sure that Dolly - a shaggy breed of a dog - was still in character. I'm hoping I could try and do better along the lines of my previous trades next time. -n-;
