I had some help with this! I wanted to keep the head spines from the 2014 version, but I was struggling to find a way to fit them + the horns + the ears together in a way I was happy with. I commissioned Facerot http://www.furaffinity.net/user/facerot/ to brainstorm some permutations for Phelmarith's head design and draw some thumbnail sketches. Getting a second pair of eyes on it really helped!
