Hive Queen, a muscle bear supervillainess with bee powers, including:

- flight
- powerful stinger
- producing super-strong beeswax to entrap opponents
- enhanced senses from antennae
- can split herself into swarm of ordinary-sized bees and back at will

Also, being a huge bear, she's one of the stronger supervillains of my universe.

What I've got so far of her backstory: she was a petty criminal who was constantly in and out of prison, until one day she was stung by radioactive bee, and was later able to use her powers to escape. Because of this, she's classified as a supervillain, so she figures she might as well go for it.

Here, she's standing over some kind of control panel with an ominous red button, flexing her muscles and stinger, as she looks at a hero off-camera and threatens them to back off.
