I love this piece.. it's soothing seeing OT out in nature, somewhere where she's probably just sitting and thinking. And for the encounter of a butterfly landing on her? I think she'd melt :3 She almost looks like a cut out illustration or 3D or something, I don't know what it is, but I love the feeling I could probably pet her or she could walk out of the scene. She's different here than most portraits I get of her <3

Yeah heheh, ya caught me! Took a bit longer than expected because of the whole sweating-even-when-doing-nothing thing, but y'know, that's no biggie :P

I figured OT as the kinda cat that would love nature! Since you're from Florida I was originally going to do a more geographically correct scene but I doodled that BG with my mouse when I wasn't working (just kept it open between sessions) and the colors looked really pleasing to me where they were so I kept it. It was accidentally exactly what I wanted, haha. And you say she looks like a cutout or 3D? Huh, well this is just the way I do it so I'm flattered xP Nothing special went into this, I'm just starting out paints after all. Glad I went for the fullbody though, I felt like doing a fullbody and I'm happy with how the pose ended up! I also accidentally figured out how to 'fur' things so I'm glad about that, or at least until I figure it out for real haha.

I'm really glad you like how it turned out, however! I've been planning on a 'full' paint like this for a while and your lovely gal seemed like the perfect subject. Feel free to post it if you want, if not no worries! Just please credit me, and I'd love a link back to the original but it's absolutely not necessary, just glad you like it :)
