The lower skull is finally done, so we can now offer the full cut and hinged versions of our skull feline heads!
New product! :D These do not require hinge kits, as the hinges are built into the mask, making them very easy to put together, but a little more expensive due to that and the extra curves and such this skull has versus our K9 skull.

Thanks for the feedback! btw - the jawset and tongue I got from you look great! (on the downside I got 3 left V's and 1 right V with my hinge set so I had to get fancy/they turned out a bit crooked. Rip!)

No, both pieces cast together as a mask/uncut blank like other heads you have. I know this would kinda ruin the idea of using a built-in hinge set for it because there could be errors in cutting an unfinished piece... Would it be cheaper, also, to sell them as an uncut mask? Less labor n such.
Actually the only extra thing that is done on this head aside from a normal uncut resin blank, is removing the eye area. All of the teeth, cracks, and bone shapes are cast into this head, which is where all the labor is put in. It's in the casting process, so there's no real way to lessen the labor on that.
