The manticore is a mythical persian beast, with a human head, the body of a lion, the wings of a bat and the tail of a scorpion. Mirage is anything but mythical, and while her beauty and poise can cause hearts to flutter and guards to lower, she still can have quite a sting if you're not careful.

Of course, if she likes you enough you might be able to avoid feeling her fatal prick and enjoy a different fate entirely.
