Interesting starting point. I can totally see where that might be useful to get the core of the pose down. After all, that's the center of gravity. Nice! I'll have to try that sometime. I always start with the head SHAPE. Like...I'll scribble a circle, maybe a few facial details, then I'll work out the body XD
