I know how work and effort you put into this collection, but I think the peak was reached here. Dragons just can't be beat. A golden one, at that!

This pic is incredible. You know how much I favor black and gold color schemes, so these gold scales with black fur? So hot!
Plus, the whole martial artist aesthetic, with the pants and the nunchucks, combined with the draconic elements, those cute whiskers, that long furry tail and those awesome horn designs! Every animal choice you've made so far has been so on the nose the nose is probably broken by now, but this! THIS is an elevation of the concept.

The pose is pretty inspired. Low hips, grounded feet, nunchuck at the ready, tail wagging for balance in the back, focused eyes and one golden fist in the air for threat value.
Calm, focused, flexible and ready to kick ass. Be like water indeed!

It only needed one more thing to be perfect. A sole shot! ^^
Come on, but Fei Long is all about the powerful punches mixed in with strong kicks. Flexible legs kicking high into the air! And with those sharp shiny black claws, how deadly would that kick be?!

Perhaps he wrote the Chinese symbol with his whippy tail brush.
Doing that while twirling his nunchuck would be a great display of skill. Something that would take a firmly planted stance.

I'd assumed the chinese symbol had appeared out of sheer awesome, like the boss subtitles in Platinum games.

The idea of him drawing it with his tail is cute though. Very Okami. ^^

Definitely a first time for everything isn't there! And you certainly don't see this style of dragon very often! An awesome kick-ass look!

Its a first for this gallery at least. Have drawn them before but getting there long body's to look right in anthro form can be a challenge.
Mushu from Mulan is about as good as it will get for reference.

Most definitely! And that tends to happen when you go over so many subjects and they really start to add up to your repertoire of things you can do. It's a matter of building up experience on taking new challenges and drawing things you don't normally draw. And from the way this one looks, drawing long bodied anthros seem to be quite the challenge. Impressive you used Mushu as a good reference source! May put myself up to a character like that sometime! ^^

Always was a bit sad that Fel Long always had those ballerina shoes on. XP
