Even after more than five years this art is still remaining one of my favorite with fat version of Balto character. I was able to see on this drawing a perfect fusion of your unique drawing style and such recognisable and lovely style of original Balto. And thankfully for it, your drawing was turned out especially atmospheric.
I enjoyed how you drew the body shapes and proportions for Steele and let him looking so soft, and also you was able to make a really interesting work with Steele's belly here.
Also I liked how nicely you drew the background and all of these shadings on drawing and on Steele are especially emphasizes this plot. It's a little sad to see that Steele made a little mistake and started to eat from below and now he is looks like started a little struggling with his weight. But Steele here is already looking in all meanings great and I am pretty sure that Steele later will be able to realise what he wanted and eat all of these foods in the basement and also become the biggest sled dog ever.
