Lavalings are rabbit-like dragons, living in volcanos.
They are completely resistant to heat and live up to 1000 years or longer.
This not entirely researched species is known to be one of the reasons for the erruption of said volcanos,
since the tempermental nature of these creatures often influences their ability of controling the volcano's own magma.
Lavalings like to live in communities and large families,
which helps them defend themselves in addition to their advantages of their small size and their shy behavior making them hard to catch.
Once they form a bond with someone, they defend that person or creature as if it was their own life.
