Weeeell, he's not specifically a badger, but he was designed to sort of look like a canine/feline/ursine/wolverine-ish thing... covering a bunch of bases at once, lol. But yeah, I think badgers definitely make sense as earth elementalists, although I'd maybe put wolverines as earth/fire.
