Finally after several weeks and a month or two of laziness and much procrastination, I finally finished my favorite character, that i have loved since I was a kid, and still love now. I mean i have 7 plushies of Artoo, 2 figures of him on my shelf (planning to get more eventually), 1 shirt and a pair of socks(more planned of both), a dogtag, a Pin, a keychain, several other miscellaneous colored and shaped Astromech droid figures, mostly Artoo shaped, hes even on my house key, and many more things of this droid planned to get eventually, so as you can tell i am a huge fan of the brave little droid with an attitude.

I drew BB-8 a good few months(maybe more) ago and felt like since I drew Beebee, i had to draw Artoo, being both of those droids are my favorite characters of sci-fi maybe even my favorites of all time, and as Artoo will always be above Beebee(not by much) on my favorites.
This took a while to do, as much of a huge geek and a fan of astromechs, there are so many details you don't notice until you look at a reference, so many that is hard for someone like me to include, but I tried to get in as much as I could, I feel it looks a bit uneven in some places but tried, nothing is perfect, hopefully i will do better in the next pic of him(if i draw him again).

Also I did not originally plan on this being colored but eventually it crossed my mind i barely use my markers from christmas so i tried to color Artoo once i finished the sketch, the only part that isn't colored in by markers is his head because i used grey markers for certain parts and didn't want it to blend in, and his main body and all the white parts for obvious reasons.

And no i will not take the extra step to try to shade this, mostly because i don't know how to with markers, i know a few artists that can but they have alot more skill than I do.

I hope i did good for what maybe was my first attempt at Artoo-Deetoo. Please give me feed back.
