Dakota is physically agender, but identifies as male. The goo making up his wings and halo is the same material as his bones; he can control it to his will. His whole anatomy is strange, with another noticeable feature being his head-splitting mouth.

Being a catlike beast, Dakota is rather cocky and tends to assert himself as in control of the situation. That does not stop him from enjoying company and going on dates.
