Its Plasmina! The Electric wolf is back and a lot changed! (Her Name is Plasmina now, not Zapina Shocker)
to people who dont recognize or heard of her, shes a old old oc of mine from 8 years ago that was named Zapina Shocker, when i was early started on the art sites only a year or so on it I think.

Anyway heres some new and improved info on her:
Age: 20
Citizen Name: Elysia Bronte
Gender: Female
Species: Wolf
Super Powers: Electricity using and Super Speed
Personality: hyper, has a speedy nature, and tends to get a bit goofy in a exciting way.
Special abilities
Can absorb Energy like a lightning rod but if too much she begins to bloat if overcharged
She can also Zip into electrical appliances to get through and instantly get to different places quickly, or into electrical machines to short circuit the machine my a massive overcharge.
when she absorbs enough electrical energy it increases her speed and strength to dish out quick and powerful strikes.
Plasmina can also have enough energy to charge a entire city if she wanted but it will leave her drained if using too much and makes her "Shut Down" temporarily
Plasmina also can move any part of her body in a very fast speed of vibration or movement depending on the situation
Weaknesses and non-strong points :
unable to damage rubber with her electrical attacks (but her physical attack could damage a lil if she makes something pierce through enough into said rubber object)
When on low energy she be weaken till she regain some power
when in super speed she sometimes accidentally crashes into thing, which trips her up and makes her a bit dizzy
not very sturdy or durable like the others, her real expertise is evading with her speed to avoid taking damage
When doing all her super speed, she gains a huge appetite which makes her hungry a lot to get quick bites to eat to
refuel herself, with almost anything, electricity, fast food, anything
When releasing a Lot of her energy she be in a resting state that is her "Shut Down" to recover some energy
