So, I wanted me a motherly type character and well, I went with a Kobold lady for this. Time to explain this character.
So this is Maybelle. Momma, is what she goes by and what others call her. She is a very VERY powerful mage, who doesn't dabble in the more destructive type of magics, but instead, she tends to lean heavily towards size related kinds and other kind of spells for immense protection against harmful things. She owns and runs her own Ice Cream Parlor called Sweet-Momma's Small Scoops. The ice cream is imbued with her own magic which makes people, who consume it, shrink down in size. It is known that it does this and it's quite the attraction for her shop. Momma herself is sweet and loving, hence the 'Sweet' in the name. Sometimes, people tend to end up missing within the shop, but there's no imminent danger as a result. She's taken precautions for this very thing and coated her whole place in a magic dampening spell that prevents anything within it never be harmed in any kind of way. What would be threatening and/or fatal to someone at such tiny sizes, will not affect them.
Maybelle has her own helpers for when she's a bit too busy whipping up some new flavors in the back. Usually these people are half their original height, having been shrunk down so that she can move more freely around the workspace. She figured that shrinking her employees would free up quite a lot of space.
There is a small scoop of ice cream on her nose. It never melts and it regenerates every time it's consumed. This scoop is only for her special worker, whomever it may be that she really enjoys at the time. But to even have it, you have to be willing to get pretty up close and personal with her to have it. Consuming this potent magic infused scoop of ice cream makes the person shrink with each bite or even a lick, rather than with her more known flavors, which you have to consume entirely to be shrunk down. This is more on the spot.
