I have a series of images that I'm going to call Urban Exploration 'UE' fodder.

These are buildings that have been vacant as little as 4 months to as high as 9 years.

At a nearby light industrial strip mall the crickets are chirping. A mall filled with print, scuba, dance, framing and ethnic food shops a year ago is vacant as far as the eye can see.

2-3-2010: Still vacant.
2-2018: Not much different
