Foxxy is the head of the largest crime family in Steel City, running her empire with precision and ruling it with a mix of fear and respect. She is firm but fair crime lord truly believing in honor among thieves, its what keeps people from being savages.

She plays to her feminine side often and catches people off guard with how sweet she can be, which is exactly were she wants them, off guard. While french she speaks mostly in English although its broken and her accent is thick, often inserting the odd french word in which only seems to add to her charm. Catching her speaking fully in her fluent tongue is generally not a good sigh, unless she is visiting France.
