I too share this curiosity. Wards of some type? Maybe warnings? Like... "Please do not follow too closely, jabbing is full of venom." or toxin, or poison... whatever it is she's packin'. Like... a weapons permit maybe? They could be so many things and I cannot read what is written on the tags!

I theorize that maybe its something to keep the venom from being venomous?? Maybe a seal to keep her from accidentally stinging and killing someone? O:

Actually, I'm pretty sure it's because her stinger is damaged (hence the scars) and the charms are what's keeping her venom from killing her. I'm 90% sure that's what it is.

I'm pretty sure Whitemantis explained it on DeviantArt when someone asked why Rokurou (my oc) had seals on his abdomen (just that in his case, he's a mortician and work with dead bodies, so he uses them as protection), so is not a huge spoiler in Sayaka's reason.
