Recently completed (well mostly, some adjustments I want to make to the hands) suit for myself because I decided one day I wanted to make a dragon costume. Consists of ~12,000 individual hand-sewn scales. Took 2.5 years to finish. (the wings extend but with assistance from a second person due to how I ended up constructing the back).
