Another simple animal choice but one of the hardest to pull off.
Keeping such huge characteristics on a relatively small creature makes for an interesting blend of tough yet elegant... Much like his fighting style!

Man, who doesn't like big buff birds? BBBs. ^^
I think I prefer this bird conversion to Guile's. More anthro, Also, those giant, meaty talons. Bet his opponents get to touch them a lot. Those claws look deadly.
Took a page out of Kass' book and decorated his head feathers with feathers. : P
And speaking of accessories, he's got himself on his belt buckle! ^^
I like the fire and smoke effects too, give him a mystic feel.

This is quite a good looking avian! The only problem is... it makes the Guile one look comparatively worse. T Hawk is quite bulky and powerful, but so is Guile. Your Guile avian looked a bit too slim compared to this one! That's my critique of the two, you otherwise seem positively possessed with making every single character like this and I applaud it. A lot of people are probably praising the meaty bird talons down there, definitely lovely.
I however feel my favorite part of this drawing is his face. You managed to make it big, impressive, sculpted like his actual face, with that concentrated scowl that just makes him look all the more intimidating. The bird feathers in his head band were already on T Hawk's design, but they are still comparatively nice. And feather-fingers... this seems to be catching on as of late and I must say, I dig it!
I forget if there are others left, been a while since I played Street Fighter, but now I'm curious what you'd do with Tekken if that ever happened!

After this there are still 8 more characters to go (I'm just passed the half way mark)!
Guile is a big guy for sure, but hes still officially two thirds the size of T. Hawk and hopefully it shows. Looking back at Guile I would say he sill looks ripped as hell.
What i do think sets them apart is the somewhat featureless nature of guile's face with only his hair making him stand out. Comparatively T. Hawk has little tells like his eyebrows, wide jaw and headband to help make up for what a beak takes away!
Either way Im happy that this one looks the part ^^ and it would seem that both Nintendo and Disney helped solidify the default avian wing hands we see on the likes of Kass, Falco, Donal duck and to a lesser extent Iago (the Rio movies did a pretty good job of this too).
I set myself a goal to do the entire cast and so it shall be done before the end of this month.

Amazing at the rate you're getting these out. I often find it hard making time for everything in terms of art and working outside the drawing field trying to keep both in sync, and I'm just astounded how you not only keep up with this project, but also come up with great alternative designs for these characters while trying to keep them true to the source material. And once again, another great example here with T. Hawk, and given the animal was in the name, still a great design from you! ^w^
Preparation and commitment is the key.
I may be submitting these once every 2 days but Ive had the concept planned out almost four months ago, beginning work on it all two months ago along side my commission work.
Only once I had the entire cast planned out and drawn up did I take on the challenge of coloring each one within the two day limit I'm working to now!
This is often how I do things with ideas being thought up months before I get the time to draw and submit a final product. I can only think of about 5 pictures in my gallery that where submitted within a week of conceptualizing it.
Perhaps a little less impressive then you may have thought but at least I get time to really sit on things before I decide if they are worth showing off!

Well said!
I suppose it always pays to plan ahead for such big projects and keeping motivated and committed to the work. But that's actually neat to find out that you had everything together from the start before coloring each of them! I don't find it any less impressive as I do find your organizing and sense of focus rather smart and on key for your scheduling. All I can say is...definitely worth showing off for sure.
Thanks for the advice! Can't wait for the next piece! ^^
