A broken clockwyrk from somewhere else, fished from the deep where it crashed, how it grew up into a lovely woman. Raised with the love of her Papa Gueseepi of Viennia. Of a city at the edge of reality, from which she sallies forth into the dark. Uncovering mysteries, and ever compelled to discover the strangeness of reality. After her father's murder she took up professional investigation services. Hired by many, from The Crown to Crimelords. The Admiralty to distant Kahn officials. Even the Clay Men in their burroughs owe her a favor or two.
Beings like The Judgments, Mister Eaten, The Red Masters, or the Dawn Machine play their games with little regard for us mortals. But aboard The Gold Horizon there remains a machine that obfuscates them, a clock that will not stop.
