D'awww, that just means his floaties are too small.
Timothy faces a similar predicament with water, his feet just spin as he tries to swim. Water to his feet is like mud to his bike, nothing to grip.
At least his floaties keep him above the surface though.

That might work for TJ, but he really doesn't like swimming anyway. He'd rather just hang out by the pool drinking rootbeer.
