Gazookee in progress.

The foam has been cut and wrapped to form the main head.
The eye reliefs are cut, and the beak has been temporarily attached to check fit.

I felt the beak might be a bit heavy for the foam to support without drooping, so I attached some 3mm fun foam to the back to make a brace.

Beginning to discover the beak is asymmetrical, and lining everything up will be a matter of guess and by golly.
