I was playing Super Mario World the other day when I managed to pull this off. I got caught in some blocks spin jumping through them and realized I could run through them so I Ran over to this spot and jumped through the blocks until I got into the little space shown. I wish it was higher quality but it's hard to impromptu take 'screenshots' of stuff on the TV :/
