Commission Higari Dutch Angel Dragon Reference Sheet
Higari is a Dutch Angel Ðagon design based on Sakura from Naruto. She was a toony, custom ref sheet commission that I finished recently for 
HaHarmo~Angel~Wake.
I wanted to make sure that she was recognisable as the character but with a lot of unique elements that set her apart. I mostly did this by mixing in the Sakura blossom theme as most evident on the wings.
