Having lost his athletic stamina, he sprints until he is out of breath and fails to catch a bus. Upset with his out-of-shape condition, Whitney signs up with a gym for some personal training and is smitten by his trainer, which leads to dating, meals with proper nutrition and eventually passionate sex after hours in the closed gym.
