It is too easy to escalate, and the question of who gets to decide what is and is not an appropriate target comes up as well.

Violence should only be used in self defence and competition, not to attack those without provocation to whom you have a different political view. That is dangerous, and morally horrible.

Furthermore, the addition of the antifa symbol makes the artwork... more difficult to accept. As antifa uses political violence to their own means and ends, justifying it through their ideological view of the world, rather than through reality.

Different political viewpoints would be like "I, as a more Democratic person think people who earn more should pay a little more in taxes to spread the inflow of money around where it's needed", vs. Someone who is more Conservative thinking "I think we should pay less in taxes" etc.

This isn't "political violence". This is pointing out and exploiting a hate group who has a longstanding past of thinking that some people are less than human for being a different ethnicity, sexuality, etc.

There is nothing wrong with making light and poking fun at people who wish harm on your life as a human being, for simply being a human being.

I am not inclined to believe you regarding the rallies. Purely because I don't believe things quickly without evidence, conversation and discussion to evaluate what is going on.

By calling everyone who has a different political opinion a nazi, that allows the worst elements of society to be more active and speak more loudly. I just... I don't talk exactly about what/who I am online much. Because I don't believe that it SHOULD matter.
