I don't have any ideas for you, it's not building or winter wrap up, there's no place for everyone.
There are untranslated sounds and inscriptions, but I spend 90% of the time translating them and 10% for photoshopping. (but for now i'm too tired, and too lazy to translate them).
If you were Russian-speaking, I would suggest you create a faq about the world...
