i love the dicotomy between the two of them :D each one has diferent defenses and emotional weapons at their disposal and its very nice to see them meaningfully exchange them :D

It really is fun just to let characters go on their own. :)

Yeah, though I don't really know much about the characters beyond "Blaze is a Cat", and "Marine's Voice Acting is largely considered a crime against nature". ^_^;;

heh, sometimes I wonder if Blaze has developmental problems due to her sheltered upbringing. The fact that people were afraid to be near her as a child because the could literally be burned couldn't help much either. Of course, it would be the task of a rabbit and a raccoon that look almost exactly alike to help pull her out of that shell she lived in all her life.

That's exactly what I'd figured had happened to her. Even without her accursed flames, growing up royalty is never easy. She's emotionally and socially stunted to the point where the people she interacts well with would be... well, kids.

Interesting, deep, and just a bit disturbing...
Just like it's creator. ;P


I hate to say this, but I just don't know anything about the basis of these characters. I assume they are from a Sonic the Hedgehog game that I have never heard of.

They appear to be an interesting contrast of innocence and insight, though;
Where one is innocent, the other is insightful.
An interesting balance.
