tried my hand at drawing Age lines and making a drawing of an old character, in fact an old Hobgoblin (which in a pathfinder game caused the Paladin and Crusader to both get tongue tied, because while evil [strongly so] in aura, Old Thom follows their deities allied Deity Abadar) Needless to say in was an interesting game of the two of them trying to figure out a reason to kill him and him in turn throwing every classic old man line I could think of. One of my favorites is.
"IN MY DAY!, Paladins and Crusaders didn't destroy the tent of the evil monsters they came across! They'd have figure out my intent of evil and THEN KILLED ME! bah, kids these days."
I am debating making him a re-occurring NPC, so any takers in my trying to come up with some interesting ideas for his past and how he became a cleric of merchants?
