For enemies, I'd imagine agents of Set, agents of Apophis, agents of Sobek, etc. Also, other Egyptian god pairings that I am aware of are Sobek/Hathor and Ptah/Sekhmet.

Not many of the ancient gods fuck with the modern age, in fact, with what's coming in the setting, most are either taking sides with the good guys, or staying neutral. The Anubis gets to visit his son on his birthday, with a present and a warning even though technically, against the rules. I really need to finish that story.
