I took out my small square shaped sketchbook again and... sketched! And inked! And whathaveyou!

One of the guys that slipped out of my pencils was  thatwittygentleman

And no, he's not looking down the barrel of a gun (Though... I have to admit, it really does look like, doesn't it? lol), it's inspired by the close-up reaction shots they used to have in silent comedies up to the early 20s. And since that mutt is a jazz age-inspired inkblot character a black circle around his head seemed like a natural fit.

So imagine his jaw going up and down, intersected with a title card saying "Oh no!" or something!
