UPDATE: as of 04/22/2020, Itachi now fully belongs to
DiamondDragon
Euriel was feeling adventurous tonight, quite uncharacteristic of herself, but she felt she deserved a nice breather from the suffocating urban life. She enjoyed nothing more than a visit to the local ruins. It reminded her of home, even if hey had little to do with her own native culture, and gave her a breather from urban life. And if she had to sneak in during off-hours to enjoy them at night, it’d be worth the risk.
She wouldn’t be here for long, she kept telling herself. Just a little sightseeing and it’d be good for her. As she slithered quietly through the pillars, she began to repeat herself that more often. A sense of uneasiness was starting to creep on her. Perhaps it was the little noises that kept breaking off the silence. But her confidence didn’t falter until she heard what could have been a faint giggle.
Her eyes caught a glimpse of red light above her. Brief, but noticeable. Her heart raced as she dared to look look up and see what being stalked her. She was greeted by the sight of bright red eyes and a yellow, toothy grin. She gasped, but once the stalker came in view clearer, Euriel’s worries faded.
Instead, they were replaced by annoyance. How she hated that obnoxious weasel. Itachi greeted the reptillian with his signature cheeky giggle, sign that he was once again up to no good. Euriel raised her guard, as a matter of principle really, since she knew there was nothing she could really do to stop the child-minded ancient being from fulfilling his lecherous antics.
She wondered what kind of trick would he pull on him this time, when in an instant, the ghoulish weasel swooped down from the pillar and towards her. Whatever it was, she knew it’d be embarrassing.
