Kizzie decided that it was just such a *beautiful* day for a hike...
Though Mag found himself quite upset at being woken up super early, but eventually agreed, because why the hell not, they were traveling overseas XD
During the course of their little trek, Kizzie seemed to find the perfect place to catch her foot, and have a spectacular tumble. Normally Mag would have laughed at such a scene, but a yelp in pain caused concern to go across the face of the canine, so setting her down, while asking if she's alright, he searched for any signs of wounds or injuries. Kizzie whimpered piteously for a bit, until Mag looked up at her with a very unimpressed frown.
"It's a small cut, a band-aid and a bit of anti bacterial cream, and you'll be fine. It's nothing by a boo boo" Mag grunted.
"it still hurts!" Kizzie sobbed.
"Well, just what do you want me to do about it? We're in the middle of no-where, and pretty much the only thing I could do for that is carry-"
Mag immediately regretted his choice of words, as a Kizzie fixated a pleading glance at Mag.
"Oh, yes, that, please, I mean it hurts, and it did make me bleed a bit, and I don't know just how far I can go right now, please, please, PLEASE!!"
Mag groaned at this self-afflicted situation, "*sigh*, fine, I guess I can take you a bit till the soreness subsides a bit."
Hefting Kizzie onto his back, Mag slowly began the descent back to the base of the mountain range. However, before he could take two steps, he heard the sound of Kizzie clearing her throat in protest.
"Uh, Mag."
"Yes... Kizzie?"
"Can we go to the summit first?" she asked sweetly.
"Really? You're joking... You want me to drag you're sorry rear uphi-"
"Pleeeeeeeeeease!" Kizzie interrupted, smiling as big as possible in her plea.
Mag scowled, utterly unimpressed at the show placed by the Troublesome Fox. Yet, for all his gruff demeanor, he relented. "*sigh*, fine, we'll finish the trip, but you'll have to walk on your own before too long."
This beautifully done bit is a 3 hour speedpaint by
Kero_Tzuki_ who did an amazing job with the scene! Love just how well she captured the personalities of each of the characters and the dynamic between them XD
