foam head base commission for 
this head has large ear-lobes for the commissioner to add tunnels or plugs to as well as a hollow space in the nose so that a septum piercing can easily be added and even changed out.
i'm very proud of the detail in this one, and i hope he likes it too!
i will be posting an auction for another headbase spot soon - keep an eye out if you wanted to snag a place in my queue!
